How do I get started?

Once there, you must fill in the blue box and follow the instructions.
The next step would be to signup for hosting. This can be done

2.
I've signed up, pointed my domain to your servers, uploaded
my site, and I still don't see my page…why is that?
The reason for this
might be that your domain name hasn't propagated around the
world yet. The standard for this propagation process is from
24 to 48 hours. This is common to all domain name registrars.
You must also make sure that your main page is called index.html
or index.htm and is placed in your public_html folder.

How to properly transfer hosts while minimizing down time:
- Register for web
hosting for your domain name.
- Once you receive your welcome email (which contains all the
necessary information), log into your cpanel and recreate your
existing email accounts on our server. Next, upload your site
using the IP information in the welcome email.
- Log into your domain manager on your registrar's web site
and change the current name server information so that your
domain points to our name servers. We can guide you in doing
so.
- Usually, most registrars will send out a confirmation email
to confirm the changes that have been done to the administrative
contact of the domain name.
- Wait 24 to 48 hours for DNS propagation. Once that is complete,
cancel the old web hosting contract. In the 24 to 48 hour propagation
period, no emails will be lost up tp 4 days as they will be
re-sent to the address in question.

I can't seem to access my control panel...why is that?
Be sure to use the appropriate cpanel URL which is provided
in your welcome letter. You also need to verify if you are using
the correct login information. Another factor could be firewalls.
Make sure you disable any firewalls on the system used, as firewalls
might be blocking the very ports needed to access the cpanel.
